- All facets of the plumbing and HVAC piping and supports are included.
- Stainless drains for 2nd floor, and destratification ZOO fans.
- HVAC equipment included ducted split unit on ground floor and supply/exhaust fans for upper floor.
- Foord storage and packaging for existing poultry processing facility on same site.
- Completion in April 2024
