Mechanical. He has successfully managed multiple projects and job sites simultaneously, always maintaining a
high level of quality and professionalism.

A true craftsman, Jesse takes tremendous pride in his work and never settles for anything less than excellence.
His communication with our Project Managers is outstanding, ensuring everyone stays informed on job progress
and helping projects stay on schedule.

Jesse’s commitment to the company goes above and beyond. Whether it’s taking on additional responsibilities or
traveling wherever he’s needed, he is always willing to step up and do what’s best for the team. His positive
attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability make him an invaluable asset to Matlock Mechanical.
And, as if that weren’t enough, Jesse keeps the office well-fed by sharing his homemade authentic Mexican salsa
and delicious beef jerky—a bonus that everyone looks forward to!
