Safety Award Winner
Ricky went to Delta Faucet on 2/16/2026 to look at some issues they were having on a smaller boiler. When he walked in the door he knew he smelled gas. He immediately located the gas leak. He then notified Larry Pruitt at Delta and let him know of his findings. Ricky secured the area of the leak and scheduled for another employee to return and resolve the issue. Ricky deserves our Safety Award as this could have caused major issues like fire, explosion, injury to employees at Delta, or property damage.

Dustin Crosser has been a big asset to the company since coming on as our in-house
electrician. He’s always willing to help out wherever needed and makes sure the job gets done.
The craftsmanship he brings to his work really shows, and you can count on it being done right.
Dustin consistently gets jobs done on time and on budget and he does a good job communicating
along the way. He handles things from start to finish—lining the guys out, keeping things
moving, and making sure everything stays on track.
Overall, he’s got the kind of attitude we’re looking for in the service department and is someone
we can rely on.
