Apprenticeship Program

Matlock Mechanical’s Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop and train the next generation of skilled professionals within the Mechanical, HVAC, and Industrial trades. This structured program combines classroom instruction, online coursework, and hands-on job training to provide participants with the knowledge and experience needed to grow within the company.

The program typically spans approximately four (4) years and is open to both current employees and qualified new hires who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn the trade.

Apprentices receive supervised on-the-job training while working alongside experienced professionals, as well as after-hours classroom instruction to build technical knowledge and skills. As participants progress through the program, they may become eligible for advancement opportunities and wage increases based on performance, completed coursework, and training hours.
