- Managed from the Jackson, TN Matlock Mechanical office.
- Plumbing, HVAC & Process piping including over 20,000 ft of piping most of which was located in utility trenches.
- Prework facility for GATX that will support them in the repair and servicing of railcars.
- Project start and finish dates 8/18/25 to 7/17/26.
- Piping had to be installed with respect to the cranes in the facility so not to impede the operation of the cranes.
