Safety Award Winner
Ricky went to Delta Faucet on 2/16/2026 to look at some issues they were having on a smaller boiler. When he walked in the door he knew he smelled gas. He immediately located the gas leak. He then notified Larry Pruitt at Delta and let him know of his findings. Ricky secured the area of the leak and scheduled for another employee to return and resolve the issue. Ricky deserves our Safety Award as this could have caused major issues like fire, explosion, injury to employees at Delta, or property damage.

Alfredo has been a valued part of our team for 3 years.
He consistently goes above and beyond to keep our operations running smoothly. He plays a
key role in organizing and coordinating material storage so our crews can stay efficient andon schedule. He is always willing to step in wherever needed – whether it’s coordinating trucks for
maintenance, handling pick up and deliveries, or making sure equipment gets where it needs
to be. He always has a positive attitude and will help with even the smallest tasks that help in the biggest way. We even appreciate that you never miss a chance to remind us to eat healthier!! Your contributions do not go unnoticed, and We truly appreciate all you do!
